Wedding consultancy
For weddings, we provide a consultancy service. Getting married in France is not as straightforward as it might be in some other countries, however we feel this is not a good reason to give up on your dream. There are various options available that we will consider with you. We have a special understanding of the legalities and we can help from the start to find the best option for you.

Location advice - Venue finding and liaison
For all events in France, we will help select the location that meets your criteria and wishes. Romantic Paris, sunny Provence, luxurious Riviera, Loire Valley fairy-tale, dramatic Brittany coast, gastronomic South-West, the choice is vast and we have specialist knowledge of the country’s most fascinating regions. If you have already decided where in France you would like your event to take place, we will search for the ideal venue based on your brief, and provide you with a selection to choose from. We would always recommend places that we have visited personally, and share our passion for excellence. We negotiate the best possible deal on your behalf, and do not accept commission, so you can trust it is the right fit for your event.
Once you have made your choice of venue, we oversee the contract and liaise with them for all the arrangements up until, and during, the wedding or event day.
Event look and feel – Style & design
We will help define your event look and feel, developing style and design themes if required. Based on your feeling and taste, we create an ambiance board which will be used to work with everyone involved with your event and to make sure they all all operate within the same guidelines.
Supplier sourcing and management
We provide an entirely customised service to select only suppliers delivering first-class work suitable for your event. We assist with all suppliers abroad, and as part of our full planning service we can also source suppliers in the UK (stationery, bridal wear, accessories etc.) if you wish.
Once you have made your choice, we will handle on your behalf all the administration and logistical details (contracts, orders, delivery and payment schedules) both here and in France.
Project and budget management
Planning an event is time consuming, and often, daunting. To organise it abroad is even more challenging. We take the stress out of the equation by overseeing all aspects of the organisation and coordinating venues and suppliers, on your behalf. We will carefully monitor the budget, a complicated task when dealing in foreign currency and foreign laws. We will update you on progress throughout.
Guest assistance
If required we can help with guest management. While the idea of an event in France will thrill your guests, it can also make it more complicated for them to attend. Some may even find it too challenging. We can help make things easier for them so that you can look forward to sharing your day will all of your nearest and dearest. We will act as a direct point of contact for them and assist with travel, accommodation, information on local etiquette etc.
On-site management
Finally, our service includes the management of the event on location. We will be present in advance to check final arrangements with the venue and suppliers and on the day will ensure that every detail is taken care of and the event runs smoothly. We will work discreetly in the background to support you and your guests so that everybody can have a fantastic time.
