The 'Haute Couture' concept is our high-end concept overseeing the whole extent of the organisation, from beginning to end. Your dedicated event planner will work very closely with you on every aspect of the celebration, everything is tailor-made.
Wedding look and feel – Style and design ideas
You may already have ideas. We will always take them on board, never forgetting it is your event, and professionally assist you to define your wedding theme. If you do not have set ideas, or feel overwhelmed by all the suggestions around you, we will guide you through the process based on your feelings and taste.
We then create an ambiance board, which we will use to work with suppliers, so everybody involved with your event follows the same defined style.
Location and venue finding – Liaison with the chosen venue
The selection of the venue for your event is of primary importance. Based on your brief we will search for the ideal venue to meet your style and budget requirements. We will provide you with a selection of venues to choose from. We will always have visited them before making our recommendation. We are committed to only submitting outstanding places suitable for your event and to negotiating the best possible deal on your behalf. We do not accept commission, so you can trust that it is the perfect fit for your wedding.
We will oversee the contract details with the venue of your choice, and will then liaise with them for all the arrangements up until, and during, the wedding day.
Supplier sourcing and management
As for the venue search, this service is entirely customised. We will proactively look for suppliers that can deliver first-class work that fits with your wedding theme and budget. We assist in any area you require: stationary, flowers, cake, menu & wine, styling/decoration, photography, entertainment and transport. This also includes bridal wear and wedding party outfits, hair & make up, accessories and gifts if you wish.
For each area we will suggest a selection of suppliers. Once you have made your choice, we will handle all the admin and logistic details (contracts, orders, delivery and payment schedules) on your behalf.
Project management and budget monitoring
We take care of all aspects of the planning process freeing you from time consuming and daunting tasks related to contracts, deadlines, schedules etc. and we coordinate with suppliers on your behalf. We prepare and manage the budget, keeping spending in line with your instructions and ensuring payment deadlines are met. We provide you with regular updates and you are always kept informed of the organisation progress.
On the day management
We are present on the day to ensure every detail is taken care of as planned, and the event runs impeccably. You relax and are able to enjoy your wedding from start to finish, without worrying or even thinking about the logistics. We arrive well in advance to check the venue set up and supervise final arrangements with the suppliers. From the moment you and your guests arrive we discreetly oversee the running of the day, keeping an eye on timings and solving problems that may arise. We are there in the background for any support you may need during the day.
